PP Honeycomb Core is made of polypropylene. It is a lightweight (hollow structure), non-toxic, waterproof, shockproof, long lifespan, corrosion preventive material. Compared with cardboard, honeycomb panels for boat building has the unique advantages of waterproof, colorfast and corrosion preventive.

Normally, honeycomb panels for boat building usually use fire resistant honeycomb panel, and it can be laminated with different skin sheets. For example, if PP honeycomb laminate with FRP sheets, the sandwich panel can be used as wall or partition. If laminate with wood, then the application can be furniture and decorations.
